All-in-One Year Calendar Pro for iPad is a versatile and user-friendly year planner that offers a range of features to help you stay organized and save time. With customizable layouts, markups and highlighting, events, reminders, holidays, birthdays and anniversaries, daily notes/diary, advanced week numbers, sharing options, and iCloud syncing, this app caters to all your planning needs.

Plan your vacations effortlessly by color-coding public holidays, days off, and kids' school holidays. The stylish hand-drawn markups allow you to easily label suitable vacation days and keep track of them using the markup legend. You can even export the annotated calendar or hide unrelated markups when needed.

If you have part-time or contract work, utilize the markups feature to track the days worked. The daily notes section allows you to record working hours or project names conveniently. You can view, email, or print a list of your notes for reference.

It’s important to note that a subscription is required to use the app. However, all new users can enjoy a fully functional 1-month free trial. Payment will be charged to your iTunes account at the end of the trial period. You can easily manage or cancel your subscription in your iTunes account settings.

The app provides intuitive navigation through various methods including gesture, buttons, scroller, and direct entry. The day view offers a comprehensive overview of events, holidays, birthdays and anniversaries, markups, daily notes, and a countdown of days until upcoming events.

The markup feature allows you to add personalized markups such as scribbles or colors directly on the calendar. You can add up to 1 icon, background color, and text color markup per day. Additionally, you have the option to apply up to 8 bonus markup styles on each day. With this level of customization, every member of the family can have their own unique markup style if desired. The app also offers fast multi-day markup entry, organizing options, and the ability to hide individual markups before sharing.

You can sync the app with your existing calendars, ensuring all your events are in one place. The event creation feature allows for custom recurring patterns, up to 5 alarms, and two-way sync with popular external calendars like iCloud, Google Calendar, Yahoo, Exchange server, Outlook or Calendar on a Mac or PC, and CalDAV. Subscribed calendars can also be synced in one direction.

With the two-way sync functionality with the Reminders app, you no longer have to worry about missing important tasks. You can set up to 5 alarms per reminder and view them on the calendar by due date or completion date. Reminder sync is available both ways.

In terms of holidays, you have the option to select from 41 nations and choose the desired countries' holidays. The birthdays feature allows you to display and add birthdays, anniversaries, and custom-labeled dates that are synced with your Contacts app.

The daily notes section enables easy input of free-form notes with just a single tap. Whether it's for recording thoughts or keeping track of important details, this feature helps you stay organized.

The calendar's layout is highly customizable, allowing you to start the year from any month depending on your fiscal or academic calendar needs. You can configure the week starting day and weekend days according to your preference. The week numbers are fully customizable as well, allowing them to start from any day of the year.

The appearance options in All-in-One Year Calendar Pro are extensive and cater to personal style. With over 50 font choices, simple background color options, beautiful wallpapers from built-in images or your photo library with preset and configurable effects, and the ability to select colors for default, weekend, and holiday text, you can truly make the calendar your own. Grid lines can be toggled on or off, and the calendar language and format align with your regional settings.

Exporting and sharing options are plentiful. You can save, email, print via AirPrint, create PDFs, tweet, or post to Facebook directly from the app. This allows for easy sharing of your calendar or notes with others.

For extra tracking or multiple users, the app lets you create additional year calendars that can be configured independently. All your calendars can be synced across multiple devices via iCloud. The app also offers integrated Spotlight search and supports Split View and Slide Over for added convenience. Plus, it is compatible with iPad Pro and Dark Mode.
